What I have achieved since I started working for Ann Summers...
October 2002: Joined ann summers.
April 2003: Promoted to manager.
February 2004: Atteneded my first annual managers gala in UK.
June 2004: Won a holiday to Las Vegas all expenses paid & on the same day I won €750 thomas cook travel vouchers.
September 2004: I enjoyed my holiday in Vegas with my mother, having the opportunity to visit such an amazing place, see Celine Dion live in concert at Ceasers Palace and fly by helicopter to see the amazing grand canyon.
November 2004: I won another €750 worth of travel vouchers.February 2005: Achieved the merit award for Ireland at the annual managers gala for sales recruiting and bankings.
October 2005: Won a trip to a murder mystery weekend in Sligo.
November 2005: Returned to Las Vegas for 1 week with the holiday vouchers I won.
November 2005: Won a health spa trip to UK.
February 2006: Won a health spa weekend.
September 2006: Won a trip to Blackpool with all the other Ann Summers girls.
February 2007: Attended the annual managers gala where Ireland was crowned area of the year for the best work performance overall in the company, we won a trip to Malaga. Achieved Executive Triple Crown Status for the year.
March 2007: Was announced as one of the top 20 managers in Ann Summers for the year 2007.
May 2007: Won more Holiday vouchers in 2007 which I used to holiday against my honeymoon to Hawaii.
October 2007: Achieved my 5 year loyalty status.
Feb 2008: Attended the yearly awards gala. Won many prizes for such categories of top new recruits revenue, top 20 managers of the year and was rewarded for achieving the triple executive status.
June 2008: Attended launch of new brochure. My team took home a lot of prizes this day.
Feb 2009: Attended yearly gala. The area won a free trip to Malaga. I personally won top personal payments in area, top personal payments 3rd place (€500 holiday vouchers rewarded) in whole company, and top 20 managers of the year.
November 2009: I won a €1500 travel voucher. I used these vouchers on a holiday to Dubai & Portugal.
Feb 2010: I attended the yearly awards gala and took home awards for: Top Personal Payments in area, Top Personal payments 2nd place overall in company (€750 holiday vouchers) and the merit award for Ireland.
June 2010: I won another €750 travel voucher.
So as you can see, Ann Summers really do reward and repay every single worker. I am grateful for all these opportunities I have been given and I cannot wait to see where my Ann Summers journey takes me next.
Ann Summers is truly a great company to work for, just doing your parties will earn you prizes and recognition you never thought you would get.
I have enjoyed my time with them in the past 8 years and I cant wait to see what holidays or prizes we can win next.
